What is the difference between HDR and Flambient HDR?

A flambient HDR photo is 2 stacks of 5 photos each, one stack taken with an external flash and one stack taken without. We then combine all 10 photos to create a visually captivating scene. An HDR photo is a stack of 5 photos taken at different exposure levels to achieve ideal lighting in all areas to create one single photo.

When should my Real Estate property be photographed?

An overcast day or a dusk shoot is best for properties facing north as it does not get direct sunlight. Morning is best for east facing properties while afternoon is ideal for west facing. A south facing property can be shot at any time of the day.

What’s your turn around time for photographs?

Turn around time is typically 24 - 48 hours based upon house and package size.

What areas do you cover?

We cover the majority of Houston and surrounding area, however, a fee will be applicable for a round trip over 90 miles. Please inquire for a quote.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 12 hours before appointment time will result in no charge. Cancellations made 2-12 hours before appointment time will result in a cancellation fee that is 50% of your scheduled services. Cancellations made 0-2 hours before appointment time will result in a cancellation fee that is 100% of scheduled services. A cancellation fee will also apply when a property is unable to be photographed due to not being ready or accessible. If the photographer is onsite the cancellation fee will be 100% of scheduled services.
