Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment to avoid charges.
- Cancellations made after the 12-hour window will incur a fee.
Usage of Listing Photos:
- Listing photos are for single use only and should not exceed one year from the date they were taken.
- Photos cannot be sold or shared with other parties without explicit written permission.
Delivery Schedule:
- Photos taken on Friday or Saturday will be delivered on the following Monday.
Travel Fee:
- Properties requiring a round trip of more than 90 miles will incur a travel fee. Please contact us for specific details based on your location.
Booking Agreement:
- By booking your appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these policies.
